Mid Atlantic Para Coastal Rowing is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization. MAPCR offers coastal rowing experiences with a focus on developing adaptive coastal rowing for disabled veterans, and expanding the sport to include their participation in national and international competitions.

Coastal Rowing Experiences

Coastal rowing is a rewarding social sport, and the beautiful mid Atlantic coast is uniquely suited for it. Our experienced coaches provide instructive and enjoyable rowing experiences aimed at developing individuals into competitive rowers. We have a special focus on coaching individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans.

Our Mission

MAPCR empowers individuals with disabilities and disabled veterans through the sport of coastal rowing, and promote their participation in national and international competitions. By providing adaptive opportunities for participation in coastal rowing, we fostering personal growth, physical fitness and a sense of community.
